Melanie and Brad are Married!

Written by Mel McLellan

Wow! What a beautiful wedding! We had the pleasure of photographing Melanie and Brad's wedding this Saturday and it was such a blast! They are such a cool couple and their whole wedding party was just awesome! Here's a little preview from their wedding.

The guys -

For the love of the game...

The lovely ladies -

Anne Whitson at Le Fleuriste Shop did all of the flower arrangements and they were amazing!

Isn't this a cool cake? It was delicious too! Funny how I started craving wedding cake after we became photographers. :) This beauty was made by Stephanie Felts at The Sweetest Day.

Speaking of food, it's late and I've not eaten yet so I'm going to let Sean take over and grab dinner. Brad and Mel, we can't wait for you to see the rest! Thank you so much for letting us be a part of your day! Have a wonderful time on your honeymoon and we'll see you when you get back! :)

Picking up where Mel left off... Some great music by the Wedding Musician Company

After walking almost to the front of the aisle, the flower girls changed their minds and decided to make a run for it!

The outdoor ceremony was beautiful

About a minute after the ceremony ended, it started to rain... Luckily, the staff at Riverwood had nice, large umbrellas on hand. A big thanks to Dechari, Debbie, Joyce, and Jackie!

The wedding party in front of the mansion

I really like this one--it says a lot

Gettin' down at the reception

Chris Faulk did a really nice job as the DJ for the evening

Good night, everyone!

Thanks again, Melanie and Brad!

Congrats to Amy and Scott!

Last night we had an engagement session with a really fun couple. Doesn't she have the best smile? They were so laid back despite the impending rain and the fading daylight and we all had a great time! Besides, how could we not love a couple who is willing to end their session in the fountain? :)

Thanks for being such great sports guys! See you soon!
