 Cowboys and Christmas Cards Oct, 27 2008 by Mel 

Long ago I was the nanny for Valerie and Julian’s family and we’ve remained very close through the years.  It’s hard to believe that the 5 month old baby girl I started with will be 10 in January!  Valerie called and asked if I would do the family Christmas card photo this year so I headed over on Friday evening for a quick shoot.  When I got out of the car, two real live cowboys greeted me, guns a blazing!

These guys make me so excited about having a boy of my own!

Val is big on themed cards – can you tell? ;o)  Here are a couple of options – which one do you like best?

For the record, we ended up with a hibrid version of the two photos, taking Val’s head and the baby horse from the third image and putting them into the second image.
