I met Bekah when her older sister instantly and forever became my best friend. She was around 8 at the time and climbed into bed with us when we had sleepovers.

Fast forward a few years and she became our studio manager/part-time nanny for Seven and that’s when she officially became “our Bekah”. She was with us almost every day for 2 years and she fit seamlessly into our lives. Seven was the main man in her life and we all came to see her as family.

I’d like to introduce you to my nephew, Rowan Treue. :) He is simply wonderful and I can’t get enough of him.

If you read my post about Cari and Ryan’s maternity session, then you know that Rowan is the product of embryo adoption. It is truly a miraculous act of scientific genius that he exists. Bringing home your first new baby is so peaceful and blissful in most cases. They sleep a lot and your house is so quiet.

Bringing home your second new baby is a completely different ballgame, but bringing home your third, when the parents are suddenly outnumbered, is much more akin to a rodeo.
